How it Works

1. Career Discovery

Students will craft a career opportunity map that connects their passions to a wide range of potential career paths.

They’ll draw on frameworks like 5 Whys, Rapid Ideation, Affinity & Pathway Mapping, and Gap Analysis to explore options and clarify their thinking.

2. Tradeoff Analysis

Students will build a pro-con analysis evaluating the risks and tradeoffs between career paths.

They’ll use frameworks like PESTLE, SWOT, Scenario Planning, Known Unknowns, and the Decision Matrix, to weigh personal and external factors to make informed decisions.

3. Growth Strategy

Students will design a personal learning plan to clarify and pursue a fulfilling career path.

They’ll apply frameworks like Guiding Policy, Milestones, OKRs, SMART Goals, and the Eisenhower Matrix to set direction, prioritize actions, and stay focused on what matters most.
